Ordering Window

Deep Cutts operates on an ordering window model. Orders are collected during defined ordering windows, then produced as a batch after the window closes. When an ordering window is closed, new orders cannot be placed. Future seasons will open in their own ordering windows.

We reserve the right to close an ordering window earlier than the published date. Orders already placed are honored in full.

Fulfillment

Orders ship after production concludes. You will receive email updates about your order status if you opted in during checkout.

Pricing and Shipping

Season One products: Pack $14.99, League Box $79 during the Founders' Window ($99 after the window closes), Complete Set $149. Prices are confirmed at checkout.

Shipping is a flat $4.99 per order and free on orders over $75. We ship within the United States only.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the ordering window closes. The closing date is shown at checkout, on your confirmation page, and in your confirmation email.

When the ordering window closes, your league's print run is sealed and goes to production. Orders are final after window close and cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded, because every run is custom-made and sealed for your league.

Cards with printing defects or shipping damage are replaced at no charge. If an error in a sealed order was made by Deep Cutts, we reprint the affected cards at no charge. Names, team names, and season data print exactly as your fantasy platform provides them.

To cancel before the window closes, use the link in your confirmation email or contact support@deepcutts.com

Product Details

Deep Cutts produces premium custom fantasy football trading cards based on your league's season data. Each order includes:

• Pack (6 cards): one manager card, one season insert, and four matchup or base cards
• League Box (36 cards in six 6-card packs): the podium suite (champion, runner-up, third place) across its insert slots and exactly two BIG hits at Gold or better
• Complete Set: the league's full Series One checklist in base silver, with no parallels

Foil parallels in packs and boxes are chance-based per pack. Published odds: Blue 1 in 3 packs, Gold 1 in 10 packs. Each league's run carries one Holo Champion 1/1 when the league reaches one pack per manager by window close. Print runs are sealed at window close and are not reprinted.

League Data Retention

We keep your league's record so that it can be recognized and built on next season: the league name, manager and team names, weekly scores, standings, and the platform identifiers that let us recognize the same league when it returns. We keep this record indefinitely, because its value to your league grows with its length.

Our printer and our shipper see only what they need to produce and deliver your order. We do not sell your league's data. League content is printed on the cards themselves, so we cannot promise it is never shared beyond that.

You may ask us to delete your league's record, for any or every season, at any time. Deletion removes the record from our systems; cards already printed are unaffected.

League Data Usage

By placing an order, you confirm that you have permission to use your fantasy league's data for card generation purposes.

Deep Cutts accesses only the data necessary to create your cards and does not share your league information with third parties.
